Shiga Plant

The Shiga Plant, which operates as a core plant for S.S.ALUMINUM, produces secondary alloy ingots for die-casting and casting and blocks for deoxidizing molten iron. It is equipped with pretreatment facilities (a rotary furnace, de-lacquering equipment for UBC, and a roasting kiln for chips produced by machining), and we are always committed to improving productivity. In addition, it has a chlorination facility for cleaning molten aluminum alloy.
As a Koto Industrial Park company, we also strive to coexist in harmony with the region, for example by collecting used aluminum cans for donation, engaging in cleaning activities in the neighborhood of our plant, and opening up parking lots for local events.
